Hi! My name is Kristel ( 33) and i am a full time live out Nanny. I am from Estonia and have lived in London ( New Cross) for 10 years now. During this time i have worked as an Au-Pair, After school Nanny and Full time Live-Out Nanny in Notting Hill, Canary Wharf, Richmond, Tunbridge Wells, Blackheath and East Dulwich.

I am an enthusiastic individual who shows total commitment, a positive attitude and dedication to all tasks undertaken. I am a very friendly person, very easy to get along with. I am a hard worker, patient, reliable. I am well organised, flexible and can easy adapt. What is more, I am an active person and enjoy the outdoors. I love camping, cycling, walking and swimming. I also love to travel and meeting new people.I enjoy looking after children, and enjoy taking them to the park, museums and playgroups. I like doing arts and craft, painting and coloring.   I have someone from Which Tech phoning on Monday afternoon. I couldn't get an earlier appointment. I am hoping that now there is a visible display, they will be able to get me online and then remotely control the laptop and identify what went wrong and whether it is an ongoing fault or, if not, whether it is likely to recur. If they can't, or if they identify a hardware fault, I will have to grit my teeth and let John Lewis's third party "repair" company take it away and deal with it 😭 I'm very grateful for your advice, but when I saw "Windows will restart automatically" my immediate reaction was to think "but suppose it doesn't" and "suppose the screen goes black again" which I know is very negative but I'd rather someone else was there when I did it, albeit on the end of the phone! Meanwhile, every cloud etc, as I have installed Word on my phone, which I didn't know was possible, and I have been editing and printing documents from there. I haven't investigated whether I can do the same with Excel, but I will see what happens on Monday.
