I bet the caophony of Pimms louts and mewling 2-year-olds is UNBEARABLE.


On average, I imagine you're looking at about 3 months of the year where people could potentially sit in the garden until 11pm. Of these, I imagine half are raining / too cold to sit out. So you're trying to clamp down on something like 45 days of the year, for a venue that's hardly a hive of noisy hedonism. Stick it to them!
