XL - 23 inch frame

This is my old commuter bike - used daily. ?300 new. Recently purchased new bike.

It has some nice BMX pedals on it that are great for grip when it's wet and you're wearing trainers - these are ?40 new. (Shimano PD-MX80)

Also has newish Specialized Body Geometry Comfort Saddle.

Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres in good nick. I've got a set of new brake pads which i'll throw in.

The handle bar grips are extremely warn and need to be replaced - it also has a flat rear tyre which is beyond my skill set to sort out! The chain etc are pretty warn out also.
