Hi,

I have a modern comfortable 1 bed flat in quiet and leafy Linwwod Close, SE5 available to let for a period of 3 months (negotiable)

It is located just above Bellenden Road a short walk to East Dulwich. 10/15 minute walk to Peckham Rye and Denmark Hill stations.

It is available from mid September.Flat comprises of hall, bedroom, large light living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is on the second floor and it has it's own allocated parking space. The flat is furnished, although I need to replace the bed and sofa.

?1,300 p/m including bills
