Does anyone know what happened on the East Dulwich Estate today, news report on radio of an incident but did not give details.

Hey all, I'm thinking of moving to the estate in the next few weeks. Obviously the above is terrible, but is this kind of thing common? Is it a safe area to bring up a 12 year old?
