Dawes Academy children?s bike. Built around a lightweight, triple butted frame, 16″ wheel, single speed machine. Short 102mm crank arms, easy to pedal, 26T chainring and narrow handlebars. 43mm handlebar stem to minimise any chance of knee injury, one-bolt height adjustment. Suitable for children aged 5+

  On another thread it says that the next meeting is in the evening. But I'm any case, there must be other ways to ask the question rather than direct to the police, eg via councillors, MP or mayor's office.
