Rear Bike Pannier Rack rated upto 40kg

I am selling this pannier rack. It has been used but is in very good condition. It's rated up to 40kg, has the lower rail that can be used for the side panniers, freeing up the top for other items/bags. I've used these with a pair of Ortlieb's and they fitted great. Weight: 1.090kg. Looking for ?25. Pickup in SE15 but can arrange to meet somewhere in local area.
