Blue and Yellow Derelict Shop on Forest Hill Road

Does anybody know anything about the derelict blue and yellow shop on Forest Hill Road?

It has a large amount of debris piled up in front of it which for a while made it look like something was happening but there has been no movement for a while and it is pretty unsightly.
