Short term let Sept onwards - 3 bed with garden

Our lovely 3-bed with garden house in Peckham is up for sale but not selling. We're looking to rent our while it's on the market, from Sept onwards. I imagine it will be at least six months, probably more before it sells. House has to be kept tidy and rent will reflect this.
