Jeanette1977
Diazepam is a benzodiazepine. Also amongst the most popular drugs used to treat anxiety are benzodiazepines. This medication comes in pill form and is more often used in cases where social anxiety is triggered by the environment. Benzodiazepines act quickly to provide relief of symptoms to those using them. These drugs are not often prescribed to those who have had substance abuse dependencies or issues in the past because they have a tendency to be habit forming. You can find more about it on https://onlineapotheek.co/product/diazepam-valium/ Understanding the medications available to treat your anxiety disorders will give you a jumping point for your next conversation with your doctor. It?s your right to understand every medication you are asked to take. Ronnijade
I got prescribed a couple of pills of Valium by my doctor when in the peak of my panic disorder and I would only advise to take one if you?re in a really bad state with it, and try not to take them every day. DO NOT DRINK ON VALIUM. They do help calm you down if you?re in a really bad way but as others have said they?re extremely addictive. I only took one of three the doctor gave me - she actually said just having them in your bag is enough to settle you down if you think you?re going to have a panic attack, knowing if you do you have one to calm you down. They kick in quite quickly so I?d take a couple onto the plane with you and only take them if you find yourself having a panic attack, not as a precursor before anything happens.
