I was thinking of giving them a go cos I have lost weight in the past with hypnotherapy, but after about 6 weeks went back to stuffing biscuits and cake down my gob.

If I had a hypnotherapy CD tho, I imagined that when I get the cravings again, I could just top up the hypno bit and stay clear of bad stuff.

But before I part with my hard earned, I wanted to know if anyone has tried his CDs and what they thought of them?

McKenna quested on the Danny Baker radio show when he was in his proper morning slot.

The estimabe Amy Lame (that's La-May, in case youse are pronunciation difficulties), took a verbal rod to his back about him making money from the insecurities of 'people of size'.

If he wasn't limping when he left the studio, then I'm a Dutchman.

Which I'm not. Not there's anything wrong it.

Hope this helps.
