French speaking nanny needed from September

Bilingual English/French family in Herne Hill looking for a native French speaking and experienced nanny to provide after school care for our two daughters.

Our wonderful, cheeky children (aged 2 and 4) need a caring, creative and energetic nanny.

The hours are 3.15 pm - 7pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday, with the possibility of additional babysitting at weekends and full day care during school holidays.

We need someone who can start in early September. We are open to a nanny share if the other family lives very locally.

The main responsibilities will be:

- to pick up the children from school and nursery

- to care for them including play, reading, playground visits, play dates, arts and crafts and other activities

- to prepare simple but healthy and varied food for them

- to bath them and prepare them for bed.

Important requirements are:

- a DBS check

- checkable references and relevant experience

- paediatric first aid training
