Couple+Tod seek Flat for short term let in August

We are a small family of 3 (Couple + 16 month toddler). Our house is being renovated in August so looking for accommodation to move to from 6th Aug for about a month (dates could be flexible). Looking for a flat of 1.5/2 bedroom.

We will be away 14 July to 25 August. We have a 4 bed house and a cat. Maybe it could be a good deal? House toddler 'friendly' as my grandson of 2 is a regular visitor!
