Elliekp Posted May 18, 2010 Share Posted May 18, 2010 Hi Huey, I grew up in Saudi Arabia and obviously due to the lack of alcohol sold in shops (nil) we made our own beer red and white wine and the ocassional whisky (which exploded by the way!!)! I just barrelled 40 pints of Geordies Bitter yesterday, though slightly nervously as the hydrometer was still reading a bit high but it seemed to have stopped fermenting . . . . .
