Travel insurance problem

Junior is returning from China for a holiday for a month before returning to Uni there. I can't seem to find any policy that will cover him if his trip isn't starting in the UK. He flies from HK if that makes a difference. Anyone got a solution please?

Only flying though he will travel to Spain for a week while here.

Some insurers (e.g. LV) will *probably* cover you if you buy whilst abroad, but best to go through a specialist like above to avoid any hassle
