Aria was super friendly and approachable. He was able to come see us the very next day to fix our blocked bath (culprit being a plastic toy fish stuck way down the pipe!). Quickly sorted and he was able to advise on some other plumbing questions and issues. Would recommend to anyone.

Aria and Dan were again amazing in their quick response to my problem (leaking toilet flush), their excellent workmanship and super politeness.  I have used them several times before and am always impressed. Last but not least,  they charge completely honestly.  Thank you!

Aria has been great with fitting a new shower and rearranging some pipe work for us. He was quick, approachable and even highlighted that the shower manufacturer offered a cheap installation (we didn’t do this in the end as needed something else done as well). He was able to complete the work soon after his initial visit. Would recommend!

Aria did an excellent job fixing my leaky loo and I can highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, friendly, experienced and honest. He could have charged me a lot more, but didn't. He also talked me through everything. He came round at short notice and showed me how to turn off the water flow to the toilet so I didn't waste any more water before he could fit the new parts. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Aria and his team have done a number of different jobs for us ranging from a new shower to stopping a dripping tap. We have always found them professional and helpful.

As a landlord I'm really grateful that I can trust Aria to liaise with tenants and get the job done.

Thanks Aria!

Another recommendation for Aria and AFE Plumbing.

We discovered on a Saturday morning (June 2024) that something in the bathroom was leaking into the kitchen below, including into a light fitting, so not ideal timing nor the best location for water to end up. Getting hold of a plumber on a Saturday morning can be tricky...

Aria was however highly responsive, punctual, polite and tidy. And crucially he got the job done with minimal fuss.

Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Thanks

I can definitely recommend AFE Plumbing services. i had a leaking tap in the kitchen and Aria came out the next morning to identify the problem and bring a new tap to replace the old tap and get it all working very quickly. Aria is a very helpful individual who will always do his best to solve a problem for you.

Another thumbs up for Aria and AFE Plumbing Services. He came and replaced a really old tap that was badly corroded and dripping uncontrollably. Also solved another leak, replacing parts within minutes and working in a very confined space.

Excellent communication, very efficient, punctual, nice to have around and great at his job. Also very reasonable rates and he stuck to his quote, despite the job being somewhat more complex than he thought it would be. I'd definitely call on him again and can thoroughly recommend his services.

    • Thank you. I think perhaps having moved here just as it got hot might not have helped either. I live in a new build and it's sweltering. So yes, let's hope as we enter autumn I'll be happier with windows closed and at a decent temperature.
    • Sorry but I think Alleyn’s have behaved appallingly
    • Hope you are ok now, Pugwash.
    • Think things through - it's less than 2 weeks as term is finishing, so it is accurate. And also, it's 2 weeks as he is no longer expected to be there ever according to what was told to him (so whether it's 2, 8 or 16, it is "all the same" as he would no longer be there). So, as there are no more classes taking place between now and the new term in September, it was 2 weeks notice...  You talk about sympathy, but try and understand how much planning do you consider you can do when school breaks for term? How many meetings do you think can be arranged when everyone goes away for summer breaks? Do you understand the complication that the club is left in? This is just a community hub disassembled just like that, just because Alleyn's "feels like", and still very discriminatory, as they are not treating the other clubs the same way.    Imagine you had a daughter or a son in a club, from which you expected them to learn from and continue their training in that sport/interest throughout the years. You wouldn't be too happy if just at the end of term their dance classes/football practice were announced to be discontinued, and come the new year, you would have to consider sending them to Lewisham or Blackheath instead of Alleyn's just because no more dance classes/football practice was available nearby as all other gyms and football grounds were taken by other clubs which taught at a level that you felt wasn't appropriate for your children (I know it is an extreme example, but it is given hoping you can understand the situation better) .   It is an abuse of power from Alleyn's, and that's coming from an institution that wants to be seen has having a strong moral code guiding their actions, and to have roots in the community too, so this is a huge drawback in those aims... Alleyn's absolutely not deserving of any sympathy here...
