It may still be a bit premature but we'll be seeking a 1 or 2 bedroom property to rent in October so just wanted to see if anyone had anything coming up?

We're a 28 year old professional couple, no pets, non-smokers, ideally looking for something near East Dulwich / Pedkham Rye / Denmark Hill stations.
