This item has now been collected. Thanks everyone for your interest.

I've got a great ceiling light which needs a new transformer. (It would cost about ?8 to buy one new). So I'm offering the light fitting free of charge to a good home for anyone who would like to fix it. See photo attached.

  SNTs don't, as you seem to imply, consist of just PCSOs. I've not been to one of these Cuppa things so can't speak of them.
