The flat is on Crofton Road, close to the South London Gallery and a 12 minute walk to both Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye stations. Destinations include Blackfriars, London Bridge, Victoria, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch. There are many buses a 5 minute walk away on the main road. There is also free on street parking.

Rent is ?1600pcm exc. bills. I will ask each prospective tenant to undergo credit and reference checks (?50). One month deposit. Private rental, no additional fees. Viewings from 9th July.

The flat is a lovely home in a vibrant and well connected area. I have been happy here for seven years and hope to find new people to make it their home.
