If you think trampoline is kids-only territory, think again! Trampoline offers a great dose of cardiovascular exercise but is kind on joints. It also strengthens back and stomach muscles and is fab for your legs... Plus, its really good fun!


Join us for a five week adult course, starting Wednesday 3rd August, 7-8.30pm. Expect to learn how to tuck, pike, turn and straddle on the trampoline.
