Bugaboo Bee car seat Adapters 2007-2009 for Maxi-Cosi.

These car seat Adapters will enable you to attach a Maxi-Cosi car seat into Bugaboo Bee chassis.

From smoke/pet free home

Please note

This car seat adapters will not fit the new model chassis (bee3)

( only fit it to 2007-2009 model )

I used with cabriofix but from what I can tell they are also compatible with Cabrio and Pebble too. I'm not sure if compatible with bee+??

  SNTs don't, as you seem to imply, consist of just PCSOs. I've not been to one of these Cuppa things so can't speak of them.
