I have a double room available to rent in my house. I live five minutes walk from Nunhead Green now a thriving area with lots of good local shops, four pubs within 300 metres of each other and a very good bicycle shop aswell. The room is available for a short let period of two/three months, I would like ?630 a month, this includes Wifi & all bills.
