kittenheels
Our lovely neighbours have agreed to sell us a stretch of their garden. We've settled on the amount and now need to get the legal side sorted. We're all hoping it should all be quite straightforward but I'd love to hear from anyone who has been through a similar process and has advice to share please. Thank you! trizza
You'll need a solicitor who will draw up a contract and transfer of part into your property's title. It should be straightforward if your neighbour does not have a mortgage. If they do then they will need consent.
