This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly flat share on the borders of East Dulwich and Forest Hill (just beyond Dulwich Library in the direction of Forest Hill).

The flat itself benefits from a secluded location away from the main road, ensuring a tranquil environment to live in. It was modernised to a high standard prior to us moving in last year. The bedroom is cosy and functional, and given the location and finish of the property, it is a bargain at the price tag. The current housemates are Jordan (English - Sports Data Analyst), Paula (Spanish - Nurse) and Helyne (American - Neuroscience Researcher). Collectively, our interests included sports, fitness, cooking/eating, film nights, socialising, etc. We all get on incredibly well and are looking for an easy going person from a similar background and age (22-28) to enjoy this property with us. Ideally, we would like a guy to balance out the male/female ratio.

The room is ?490 per month, with a ?500 deposit payable to the landlord but there are no other agency fees. Bills are an additional ?35-40 per month which covers gas, electricity, water, council tax and internet. This room will go fast so don't hesitate to contact. My direct number is 07964335209 or email [email protected].
