The prospect of Brexit is particularly frightening for those with children, worried about their future.

Please sign, sign, sign - together we can do something about this result and protect them from such massive uncertainty

It needs to be shared far and wide via email lists and so on, to reach the goal of over 17m - we're on 3m now

The same turnout as the general Election UK wide (England was slightly lower) Some people just don't care, probably because their ?1 million pound homes will only loose 18% of their value according to all the other scare-mongers.

Regardless of how you voted in the EU referendum, this petition to overturn the vote is terrifying. Millions of people suggesting it's acceptable to vote and then for that vote not to matter. Do they even understand what they are suggesting? If this vote were to be overturned, any vote could be overturned. It would be setting a scary precedent. Voting itself would become totally pointless.

There seems to be a common feeling that those who voted Remain are somehow intellectually superior to those who didn't. This petition illustrates otherwise. This petition illustrates that some (many) people are willing to overturn democracy in order to have it their way. History shows this never goes well.

The Remain camp are talking about protecting the future for their children and how the Leave campaign has gone against this. Well whether this is the case or not, I would say this battle for democracy supersedes the import of the EU campaign significantly in its importance to ensure our children have a say in the future. A say that is heard that is.

They are far worse than you could cook at home., but obviously 5 times the price. And then there are the mental drinks prices. People really ought to have wised up to this scam by now.
    • The Secret Garden is great and delivers - excellent customer service and advice. I think the Nunhead Gardener is way too expensive and not sure they really know their stuff.  I hate to admit that I go online for plants but Gardening Express is just brilliant - great value for money (I used to use Crocus, which is extortionate and so many of their plants didn't make it) and their plants have grown like crazy since I got them.
    • It is very much encouraged in the pubs of ED. Many of them resemble a genuine creche or nursery during the day, even on weekends. I couldnt believe the amount of buggies and colouring in going on in 'The Actress' one Saturday recently.  Later in the evening there will still be many children around, whether its eating expensive dinners or having a 'family gathering', the different coloured pencils and running around the premises will be still be evident.  After 8pm i think most pubs are empty. None of them seem to show sport anymore (except The Castle) which would have previosuly drawn in a crowd for Champions League matches, as most residents prefer rugby.
