We have a beautiful five bed house in Ulverscroft Road and are looking for a flatmate. We are two single career girls in our mid thirties with two cats. The house has recently had a high spec loft conversion and we are looking to rent out that floor which is two rooms (a bedroom, living room and en suite bathroom/shower). Plus there is also a small spare room on our floor which could be used for office/storage. We have a big double living room, garden (a sun trap!) and a large kitchen/dining room which would be shared between us all. We are looking to rent out the top floor for ?1200 a month plus bills.
