Pianist requires an abode

Hello there,

My landlord is selling after 4 blissful years of trouble-free renting.

Unfortunately, I have been accustomed to having a bedroom plus a music office to work

and practice in. I also teach piano lessons in this room.

It's asking the impossible, but if there are any other musical households out there with

a spare room plus space for a desk, upright piano, etc.. please get in touch.

I may consider selling the piano if there will be one at the new address.

Alternatively, a music working/teaching studio for use during the week could prove useful so

that I will only need to find a double room.

About me: Freelance arranger/orchestrator and piano teacher (aged 38). I teach in a school 1 or 2 days a week but

otherwise from home. I don't play very much piano these days but it is a useful tool for composition.

Only looking for 6-month tenancy initially.

Fingers (and legs) crossed!

Philip
