Huguenot
So still no evidence and no explanation?Just mudslinging and innuendo, unsubstantiated cash claims, luridly coloured flamer websites, fantasies about the High Court of Justice and weird 'secret knowledge'.If this was the kind of stuff you were putting in your emails to councillors it's not really surprising they'd delete them before reading them. It's possible that you may need treatment, not access to a local representative.Bonkers. It's just such a shame that you should try to drag down innocent bystanders as you go. KD
Just a little background on me.I?m Kevin I was born in East Dulwich in 1960, I went to St John's and St Clement's Primary School, this was when it was in North Cross Road and Archdale Road my favourite teacher there, was Mrs. Best. My brothers, sisters and I, used to go to the Odeon cinema at Goose Green on Saturday mornings - it was just opposite the petrol station ? flats have now replaced the old Odeon building, that was demolished a few years ago. I remember the police station when it was on the corner of Crystal Palace Road and Upland Road. I also remember that one day in the1970s, the late Queen Mother came to visit the police station, well actually because at that time, it had a very beautiful rose garden at the front of it.My secondary school was William Penn, yes aka Billy Biro. So those on this site trying to marginalize me, forget it - I have too much history in East Dulwich, your rudeness and impolite manners will not work on me.Thank you,KD. Siduhe
KD, obviously no-one on this site knows all the details of what has happened, but it's obviously something you feel strongly about. Have you thought about referring it to the Local Government Ombudsman? They are independent, have the power to get access to documents and council employees that you don't, it's free to you (unlike the High Court) and any decision is made public. If not, may I ask why? KD
SiduheThank you for your reply, I have look at the LGO route but if you investigate the LGO as I have done, you would see they have no real power, over 50% of people whom work for the LGO are themselves ex-local authority employees. The LGO is just another non functioning quango. Thanks again for your reply,KD Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/11106-i-say-no-to-lib-dem/page/2/#findComment-320091 Share on other sites
RosieH
Hey KD,I thought you were going to put the letter up today? I've just checked back on the site and nothing there. You might find you get more support or helpful suggestions if you tell people what on earth you're talking about, rather than just telling them you've lived here all your life.If I, as someone you've never met, told you that my boss had failed to reply to a number of emails I'd sent, but wouldn't tell you what they were about, yet expected you to boycott the company that I work for as a result, would you do it? KD
RosieH,Thank you for your reply,I wrote today at 09:18AM ?approximately 20 delete emails and 8 letters - So will try have them up on site for tomorrow.? Loz
I'd like to know why you only send your letters/emails to LibDem councillors. I thought initially that they must be your ward representatives, but I've just checked and the councillors you've named are responsible for different wards.So:- did you send letters and emails to Labour, Tory and Green councillors. IF so, what was their response?- if not, why not? Did you think they were not worth bothering with? Which leads to...- if we are saying no to LibDems, whom should we be saying yes to and why? Narnia
KD, I'm not really interested and just wonder why you are bothering? There must be many people out there who have felt slighted by one party or another over the years for different reasons. I'd be more interested to hear who you would vote for and why as opposed to simple negativity about the one you obviously wont be voting for. KD
LozThank you for your reply,Mr. Tim McNally first wrote to me, all be it a very confusing letter. When I then asked him several time to clarify his letter he chose to ignore my requests.Yes I did send letters and emails to the other parties and received a reply from them, on one occasion I wrote to Tessa Jowell MP and Mrs Jowell was kind enough to help with an issue. Please note I have no ties to any party.KD Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/11106-i-say-no-to-lib-dem/page/2/#findComment-320136 Share on other sites

ruffers
Not trying to speak to Loz, but I think this is what's actually being asked.I believe Loz is referring to your site where you say -"Councillor Timothy McNally of Southwark Council sent me a confusing letter andwhen I asked him several times via both email and Royal Mail to clarify hisletter, he chose to ignore my letters and emails."- Where Loz says "And Mr McNally first wrote to you?"Your other "opinions" are over a lack of response to your communications which appear to be initiated by you. This one appears to be initiated by Mr McNally, and Loz is merely trying to clear up whether that is the case. From my perspective I'm wondering what that opening of dialogue was all about. Mark
So you sent them a letter with some serious allegations, the councillor replied to you saying because of the seriousness of the allegations they've passed it on to the Strategic Director of Communities, Law and Governance. You then continue to send letters to the councillor about this issue even though you were told it had been passed on. Why not ask the Strategic Director for the details you require?
