Parents! Do you love your Amtico or Karndean floor?

I noticed an old thread on here about kitchens and floors but daren?t resurrect it!

I would love to know if anyone has Karndean or Amtico Spacia in a kitchen? Does it feel like cheap laminate underfoot? We?re thinking of shelling out because tiles are so cold, but I?ve heard polarising views, and even mores between the two brands.

Anyone know of a shop or something that has either of these floors laid, so we can go for a recce?
