Our beautiful 4-bedroom house located in Camberwell, SE5 is available for rent from mid-July.

The Villa School and Lyndhurst Primary school are within short walking distance. The new Charter School in East Dulwich is nearby too for those looking for a secondary school. It is equally distant from both Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye stations.

The tiled grand entrance hall leads through into a light-filled reception room with 2 fireplaces. The kitchen with underfloor heating is accessed from the hall or reception room and is modern, fully fitted with a range cooker, butler sink, plenty of storage and a great space for family dining. A utility room leads off from the kitchen. Ground floor cloakroom. Cellar. There is practical decking in the sunny rear garden.

The elegant stairway leads up to the 4 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has built in wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs, one with a roll top bath and the other, a very practical wetroom with underfloor heating in both.

The house is our family home and we are looking to rent it whilst we are abroad for a few years.

Please get in touch for photos and further details.
