Lovely 3 bed terrace house available for 1 month rent July-August

We are away for a month over the summer (end July-August) and open to renting our 3 bed family home for that period. It is a lovely Victorian terrace in a good location, near parks, shops and 3 stations (East Dulwich, Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye). One large double room, one twin room with bunk beds and one small single. Large family eat-in kitchen, big double reception, garden.

We are really only looking to rent to someone locally, hence posting here rather than going down a formal AirBnB route. Wold suit, for example, a family who needs temporary accommodation while work is done to their house, grandparents looking to stay near family, friends of local families visiting London over the summer. Not looking for students etc!

We also have a sweet little cat, and would ideally like to ask anyone staying in the house to feed her as well. Rental rates to take all of the above into consideration!

If this sounds of interest please get in touch (DM me) so we can discuss.

Many thanks.
