Our recently renovated 5 bedroom house is available for rent from approximately 2nd week of August and we are looking for a family to enjoy our home. The house is located on Danecroft Road, thus close to both Herne Hill and Dulwich Village. Last year we completed a full renovation including loft conversion and also extended the property to create a large open-plan kitchen/dinner/play area. Garden was also landscaped with decking and "kid friendly" astroturf.

Unfortunately no sooner had we completed the renovations, then we relocated to New York for work and since October we have had a family renting the property who will be moving out at the end of July.

Rent: $3900/ month

We are getting some professional pictures taken in the next 1-2 weeks (as our architects have used the house as a model property) but I can send architect pictures or organize a visit if the property is of interest.
