A lovely one bedroom Victorian, courtyard garden flat in the heart of East Dulwich will soon be available for holiday and short term lets.

The flat is located on Crystal Palace Road, just minutes walk from Northcross Road and the shops and restaurants of East Dulwich and Peckham Rye. It is ideally situated for enjoying all the area has to offer (including cafes, parks, swimming pool and cinema) as well as having easy access to central London from East Dulwich and Peckham Rye stations, with both walking distance.

The flat is light and airy with one large double bedroom, separate living and kitchen area as well as a sunny private courtyard garden. The flat has its own private entrance and is fully furnished.

It would be ideal for visiting relatives and short term lets. We can also provide a travel cot and highchair for babies.

Rates are ?80 per night with a minimum of 2 nights booking. There is an additional cleaning fee of ?40 per stay.

Discounts are available for 7 or more nights.
