HAS ANYONE USED PROBIOTIC DROPS WITH THEIR LITTLE ONES POST VOMITING?

My poor little boy aged nine months has had a severe winter vomiting bug and ended up in Kings on a drip. He was weaning beautifully but now will not eat a thing- I suspect he is scared it will hurt his tum or make him feel sick etc

I remember someone once telling me they used some kind of probiotic drops and it helped- have any of you lovely forumites had experience of this or any tips on tempting him to eat?
