My name is Luke - I'm an ex Royal marine turned personal trainer (& qualified sports therapist and 4th year osteopathy student so am in the fortunate position of being able to give holistic advice as all these things are inextricably linked!) I work in Chelsea and Oxford Circus but have some evening and weekend availability to do 1:1 or small group sessions locally in East Dulwich. I also offer sports therapy to prevent and treat sports injuries to speed up your return to full fitness - this can be in your home or I have a treatment room in our home - best availability is weekends or weekday evenings (when little ones are asleep)! Recommendation for L.S.P.T - I was so weary of the same tired old cliche training mantras and completely unmotivated after seeing little improvement over the years - had just accepted that was just how i was. Then I met Luke - hands down the most knowledgable trainer I've had which basically means I train in the most efficient way possible to maximise the results as he helps me with my diet, lifestyle, strength and conditioning and can actually explain the science/rationale behind all of my programmes which makes it harder to argue against! The weekly sports massage in ED and stretching round it off nicely and since I've started I've not had any of the old injuries/niggles flare up. Worth every penny.

      would be odd if both virgin AND Microsoft felt you needed to do something with your phone. Almost certainly a scam   Saying that - a quick google shows there can be an issue between MS Outlook and Virgin re emails   Paste the text of the messages in here and we can have a look     sometimes the address can be similar - bit not quite right - as another way to fool

We are hosting two drop-in style sessions to facilitate more in depth conversations, allowing us to run through our plans for 2025 and to discuss how we are going to address your feedback.  We look forward to meeting you in person and discussing our event plans for both Gala and our new community day, On The Rye Festival, in more detail.       Place your on-screen cursor over the name of the sender, the sender's actual email address should appear, often with scammers it comes up with  a very unbusinesslike address. Failing that, you should be able to speak to Virgin and ask if legit, Microsoft on the other hand I wouldn't bother trying to contact...
