I'm voting to:

(a) scrap Trident, so that we can

(b) fit a load of otherwise surplus submarine engines to Great Britain, so that we can

© take the entire island on a cruise to somewhere more interesting. Possibly the Carribean. (Ireland probably needs to move out of the way.)

You didn't put that option in the poll, so I've clicked on 'in' for the time being.

That reminds me of one of my favourite Satirewire articles: http://www.satirewire.com/news/jan02/australia.shtml

In. I'm not sure I understand all of the implications enough (financial/social/political) as any "facts" have been spun so hard by both sides that it's impossible to known the truth. I've taken a philosophical view, namely, should we be trying to remain closer to other countries or distancing ourselves from them.....

I'm worrying that if we vote OUT, that the very next day the Queen will keel over

Then we'll have Boris orchestrating a state funeral, and Charles off his potty & onto the throne with Queenish Camilla sitting by his side

And we'll wonder how the fuck we all ended up there

Let's all hold hands and sing 'we are the world, we are the people'

And what will we call croissant and baguettes ?

Oh and please, let's go back to pre-decimal and the Police in Reliant Robins

Have been 'in' (by a fag paper) for a while but am now, if i force myself to admit it, a genuine 'undecided' and could go either way.

Yes, I know... there are so many unpleasant gobshites in the 'out' group and, well, we all want to play with the popular kids don't we?

I dunno. Always was suspicious of those popular f*ckers.

I remember a time when men worked all week and would bring home their wages and give them to their wives..

She would give him back some 'Pocket Money' for Beer and Baccy. and manage the home finances with the rest..

This may well of founded the idea of the E.E.C. and the E.U.

The E.U suggests we are not capable of managing our own finances..

Stuff the E.U. I'm OUT

Don't get me wrong, it's very interesting and a good idea, but asking the EDF users how they would vote on this issue is a bit like doing a straw poll of Guardian subscribers in Hampstead! It's certainly way out of kilter with the rest of the UK.

Can't vote but spouse is voting IN as is his entire family (siblings and parents).

Doesn't want a recession, and thinks economically UK is better off in Europe. What we pay for the trade access is well worth it.

Also, he doesn't mind immigrants (having married one). We have Polish friends. Virtually all EU migrants are in work so they pay their way in the country etc. Also, he doesn't value the idea of total sovereignty that much.

I'm starting to think Foxy is actually some element of a Turing Test.

    • Might it be more respectful to refrain from asking this on a local forum which his family are on as if it's merely akin to casually asking if anyone has heard what's happening with the empty shop space next to Oliver Bonas or if anyone knows which dentists are taking on new patients? Christ. Google it if you're that interested. They are a real family and this isn't a Reddit discussion on a true crime documentary. Extraordinary
