MiniViking
I need some help with upgrading my laptop to Windows 10 ( I have tried a number of times and it keeps failing). I'd also like some help with setting up power lines to expand my wifi coverage. Does anyone have any recommendations for anyone local who is knowledge and reliable and does home visits please? Thanks Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/109581-it-support-needed-any-recommendations/ Share on other sites

MiniViking
Thanks for your reply and sending that link. Mine actually gets (frustratingly!) close to ending before it fails - 95% complete - so I guess we have a different issue. Tima
We have found Paul 07595679275 pawonthebutton@gmail (see lots of recommendations on forum) really helpful on Windows 10 issues with PC. Reasonable rates too. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/109581-it-support-needed-any-recommendations/#findComment-1006736 Share on other sites
irg
Hi, I'm a systems engineer and the first thing I do is go into Google and search for the problem. Have you tried this? There ate always solutions suggested by Microsoft and other expert users. The same applies to extending your wifi coverage. There are simple devices that you plug into a power socket. danielson00
Use this at home to extend Wifi, works really well: http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/1286627.htmJust plugs in to a wall socket, half way between router and where you need better coverage.
