And here I come with news from our first cooking class!!!

Last Saturday The Heart of Cooking started its 'journey' with a meat class and a wonderful sunny day :) 7 people got together at 12 noon in a magnificent house with a beautiful garden to experience an exciting menu that our creative chef had compiled for us. And there we were: boning rabbits, stuffing haunches, searing meat and flaming brandy.

Scary at the beginning, but it all ended happily with no injuries :)) and a delicious meal in great company. A successful day for everybody!
