Double Room Available, Grove Hill Road

Hi!

We have a double room available to rent on Grove Hill Road in a spacious terraced house in Denmark Hill (zone 2). We occupy the top two floors of the house. This is a lovely family orientated area: and Peckham, Brixton and Clapham are very close-by if you are seeking nightlife.

Rolling monthly contract at ?650pcm starting on the 8th June. The deposit is only ?650 and bills are circa ?100 pcm. The landlord must give a minimum of 2 months to end the contract on the refresh date, so there is effectively a 2-3 month guarantee on rental, which makes it a great deal for those looking for short- and long- term rent.

Great rail connections, Denmark Hill and East Dulwich are both easily walkable, with direct trains to Kings Cross, London Bridge, Clapham Junction and London Victoria.

The room and communal spaces are furnished and generous. There is a roof terrace with great views across to the city and we get a parking space within the street which is currently unused.

We are both 26 and full time Architects working within London. Were keen to live with a sociable young professional.

Must have a UK based guarantor available or be earning 20K minimum salary as requested by landlord.

Please PM us (Kate or Adam) for Q/A or further details :)!
