A tabby cat with a very fluffy tail keeps on coming to our back door and has done for the last few weeks. We think it's a girl and she has white socks and a white fluffy chest. She is a very beautiful cat, seems quite young and playful, very friendly and hasn't hesitated to make herself at home in our house when we weren't looking as you will see in one of the photos.

She's been meowing at us so we have given her a few treats but we are concerned she has a family as she looks very well looked after and we don't want to entice her to keep coming back. So we will stop giving her treats if she is yours. We have heard and seen on several occasions her having a big barney with a ginger cat, so not sure if the ginger cat is trying to scare her away.

We live Ulverscroft/Whateley Road please give me a shout if this is your cat and if there is anything we can do to help.

    • Labour was right not to increase fuel duty - it's not just motorists it affects, but goods transport. Fuel goes up, inflation goes up. Inflation will go up now anyway, and growth will stagnate, because businesses will pass the employee NIC hikes onto customers.  I think farms should be exempt from the 20% IHT. I don't know any rich famers, only ones who work their fingers to the bone. But it's in their blood and taking that, often multi-generation, legacy out of the family is heart-breaking. Many work to such low yields, and yet they'll often still bring a lamb to the vet, even if the fees are more than the lamb's life (or death) is worth. Food security should be made a top priority in this country. And, even tho the tax is only for farms over £1m, that's probably not much when you add it all up. I think every incentive should be given to young people who want to take up the mantle.
