*Bob*
I agree, matthew. Last week David crawled across the kitchen floor and dribbled. This week he was weeing into the potty - all on his own. Brendan
I?ve not been watching these as I have a relatively new telly and I don?t want to be forced to stick the poker through its screen just yet. Who ?won? this one then? Do they get a prize? Can you bet on it? *Bob*
Gordon is Gordon: he manages to be knowledgeable, clued-up, serious - and yet awkward, hapless and slightly pitiful. Cameron is insincere, looks uncomfortable, doesn't seem to know any detail about anything other reciting pointless anecdotes about what a man he met in the street yesterday in Basildon said to him. And he has an anus instead of a mouth.'Thingy' is now 'Clegg'. I thought the other two would piss on him from day one, but it just hasn't happened. I assumed when he was elected leader that he was the worst choice the LDs could have made, only he now seems to be the best - at least in terms of getting votes. The downside is that in having someone who actually appears credible heading them up, they've lost some of their charm. Like when your favourite up-and-coming band suddenly attains mass appeal. SeanMacGabhann
I wrote exactly the same thing last week. Just can't remember where... But it's true Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/10887-the-tv-debate/page/6/#findComment-317816 Share on other sites
Brendan
It?s funny I?ve been thinking the exact same thing about Thingy and the Whatyoumacallems. It?s like they?ve just signed a major label deal to cash in on the indy success of their cracking first album. Can I really be that fickle? 'bout now
In the interest of balance and a little comedy, I think Lord Pearson of UKIP should have been allowed to perform Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/10887-the-tv-debate/page/6/#findComment-317824 Share on other sites
