hettywainthropp
I came home this evening to find a man eying my open upstairs window suspiciously. When I questioned him he made up something fairly implausible and strode off.Call me super suspicious without any evidence whatsoever but another 10 minutes and I imagine we would have been turned over. Bank holiday opportunist, thankfully we arrived in time. Just saying incase anyone else fancies leaving their windows open inviting trouble. It's so nice here I was lulled into a false sense of security, which is a bit foolish on reflection. Sue
Does your insurance not stipulate that you have window locks?Normally you can have locks whereby you can leave the window partly open, but not wide enough that anybody could gain entry.
