For all those pregnant East Dulwich ladies out there! You wouldn't run a marathon without any training so why go through pregnancy and birth (yikes!) without giving your body the best preparation possible?!

I am and pre & post natal fitness expert and personal trainer and have been teaching a new pre-natal cardio and body conditioning class at JAGS Sports Club every Tuesday night at 18.00 since January.

So what's it all about? Well, we start off with a gentle warm up and then move on to specially designed, safe and effective cardio execises (think low impact aerobics) which will keep you fit throughout your pregnancy and specific body conditioning exercises (upper, lower body and core) which will help combat the postural changes that you will go through and keep you strong, toned and flexible.

Suitable from 12 weeks onwards. It a great chance to meet mums to be in the local area from an early stage as most NCT or other pre-natal classes only start when you're about 30 weeks preggers.

No need to be a member or to book - just turn up!

You'll be in safe hands as I'm also pregnant! 18 weeks and counting!

You can visit www.oriane.co.uk for more information

Hope to see you there!

Cheers

Oriane

    • I can't help with pinpointing the source of the bass, but I have found playing white noise helps to mask unwanted sounds, and it's also quite soothing (in a way). I ask Alexa to play white noise, which must make a nice  change for her from asking what the temperature and/or weather is outside, or asking her to sing the Doggy Song, which is usually all she does (present from my brother). But probably you can get a white noise app on your phone. Have you contacted Southwark Noise Control (?) who may be able to trace where the bass is coming from?
    • I  enjoyed reading your reviews! What are you going to do when you run out of local places to eat? Start at the beginning again?!
    • Adam Richman eats football, Adam Richman eats Britain. So, asking for a friend, where the name Eats Dulwich came from?
    • Can anyone else hear the constant loud bass on Dovedale Road? Sounds like someone is making music but it plays all the time late at night until 2/3am sometimes. There is a few of us having the same issue and trying to pin point which house this noise is coming from as we keep having to go to work on not much sleep.
