I enjoy heading towards Brockley/Nunhead on my runs, more so than towards Dulwich Park.

Go along Wood Vale, then along Brenchley Gardens. Once you're at the end of Brenchley there are lots of options, some short (cut back along towards Peckham Rye Park via Inverton/Borland/Stuart Rds, for example). Longer options include heading along Saint Norbert Rd, and looping round, or taking the cycle path towards Brockley. You can follow cycle routes all the way back round to Forest Hill, it's quite a nice run.

Good luck!

Up Cox's walk, right before the bridge through the woods alongside the golf course and allotments. Out of the gate by the golf club, down to the toll gate, right past the college, cross the south circ by the duck pond, through the village, right through the park out via the gate on Firemen's Alley.

Voila! Lordship Lane and you've only crossed a couple of roads in about three miles.

I used to be able to do that.

    • There are at least five different types of magnesium. What type did your GP tell you to buy?  The glycinate version is most often used for sleep problems in case that is the type you are looking for.
    • That looks spectacular! I would be reluctant to share that if i was lucky enough to live there!
    • Is there any way of soundproofing a single glazed sash window? Would  polythene sheeting work? If I replaced the window, I would have triple glazing, but it's a small room used as an office  which I'm not in all that often, so  I really don't want to go to that expense.
    • You must have been very unlucky, they are usually very helpful. Didn't your GP advise you on what strength to get? Any issues with delivery from online orders pale into insignificance when compared with the advantages of not having to trek from shop to shop comparing availability and prices of what you want, and then having to find someone in each place who can tell you about it, and then hoping that they have given you the correct information! And then having to lug it all home, if it is heavy stuff. Assuming you were lucky enough to find what you wanted in the first place. Been there, done that for decades,  don't want to do it any more thanks  😀
