Ko
i am having difficulty sending photos via hotmail lately. it used to let me attach 'photos' and it zipped them for me automatically. now i can only attach 'files' which are really large and can only send 2 at a time. had a guy fixing our computer look at it but he couldn't find the problem.i tried using hotmail windows live, but whoever you send it to can only view the photos real small unless they create an account!! same with picasa (google i think). ideally, i would like a free photo-sharing site that i can limit who has access to my photos. is flickr any good? why is this so difficult??!! i hate technology!!! everyone keeps asking me to send baby photos and this is driving me potty.any recommendations would be very much appreciated xxx Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/10749-whats-a-good-website-for-photo-sharing/ Share on other sites

Ruth_Baldock
Can't really fault picasa, think its somehow linked in with gmail if you want it to be? Alternatively there is flikr and photobucket... nunheadmum
We've used Flickr which seems good and secure. I upgraded to the professional option as it allows you to put on unlimited videos (up to 90 secs) - great for keeping grandparents and the likes in the loop with young kids. Lochie
snapfish is really easy and i think that if you send the link to selected friends they can then order prints themselves direct Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/10749-whats-a-good-website-for-photo-sharing/#findComment-313143 Share on other sites
Keef
flickr or snapfish are good. Facebook is okay, but the photos are really small so not great for family and friends to get prints. flickr will store full size photos. sandy_rose
Flickr is great and you can limit it to friends & family only, I've been using it for years and so glad I had good quality backup of all my photos when my computer broke down. The other option is to buy a web domain with your baby's name and upload photos, videos and blog too if you're into that kind of thing. It's easier than it sounds ;) moonpig is free.
