Professional married family looking ASAP for 3+ garden flat or house

Hi


We are a married couple with a 3.5 year old daughter and another child on the way. We need to move out of our owned property in Honor Oak for a minimum of 6 months (12 month contract with 6 month break clause is fine) whilst work is completed prior to us putting the property on the market as a vacant sale.

We are looking to rent a 3+ bedroom flat or house with private garden in Honor Oak or surrounding areas. We can move ASAP and provide excellent references. We are a professional couple (one investment banker and one solicitor) and need to be near a station and within driving distance of Dulwich where our daughter attends prep school.

      The Post Offices and the Royal Mail should be renationalised. Massive mistake privatising industries where competition doesn't work properly and certainly does not offer any advantage to end users.

      The Friends of the Charter School East Dulwich is selling trees to raise funds for the school.       Labours head of communications really should be advising Kier better.  We've had, so far, the budget will be bad, we've inherited a 20 billion black hole, the NHS is broken, and today "Britain isn't working" in relation to jobs and apprenticeships  Whilst honesty is a good thing, there are better ways of wording things Negativity drives negativity in situations like this, especially in business and businesses are what labour requires to grow the economy and offer jobs to the unemployed.  It does feel like Captain Kier has turned into Private Frazer crying  "we're all doomed"
