BT Paddington Exchange Flood/Fire

Hi All, Has anyone else been affected business wise by the bumbling idiots that are BT and the issues they have had in their exchange in Paddington? Would like to hear of anyones experiences this week and what has been escalated within BT especially if you have a Global Services contract. Thanks in advance.
