building next to the sea cow

Does anyone know what's going on to the building next to the sea cow? its got been boarded up and it looks like some works are going on. My apologises if this has already been discussed....

Its all downhill from here on then. I hate foxtons the most out of all estate agents... their reputation (thanks to panaroma) has spread far and wide....

no worries lordship_bod - I deliberately didn't say anything else because the whole Foxtons Goor-or-Bad thing was debated to death (and these things will reanimate at the drop of a hat)

I would post a link to the debate but the board is a bit unstable today so I fear if I move away from this page I won't get back

Personally, even though I'm not an estate agent fan, and especially not of Foxtons, I can't see any new building on that sot NOT being an improvement on the old eyesore (no matter how useful it may have been)

As i'm relatively new to ED (well i'm coming up to a year but that still makes me a new kid on the bloke) what did that building use to be? Was it an office of some sort?
