I'm selling a lovely, very good quality sofa bed.

It's the Oke from the Futon Company.

Oak frame with deep red fabric cover.

Cost us around ?900.

It?s in excellent condition though small boys have put their mark on one of the arms which now has a few dents.

?150.

It's heavy and you will need to dismantle it to put in van. The company have emailed instructions on how to put together.

Details including dimensions below:

This is the frame that everybody likes the instant they see it. It has top quality solid oak and an oil finish that is capable of fitting in with any of the contemporary styles.....especially if you order this version with the three panel futon.

With all that quality timber in its construction it is not cheap to manufacture so it sits right at the top of our range for both quality and price.

If you like the beauty and solid build quality of real oak, this is the frame you should choose despite the cost. We can't recommend this frame highly enough for style, comfort, performance and value.

They seem to have a 15 month fix with no exit fees, however I'm not sure if I exited whether I could just revert to whatever I'm on at the moment, or whether I might find that whatever that is might no longer be an available option. I tend to just heat whatever room I'm in and/or use a heated throw. And use the microwave where possible unless I've got an oven full of stuff which I can then freeze most of.

Last time I had blood tests, my  GP told me to stop taking vitamin tablets.  But thanks for your concern! I appreciate the advice, but I only came on here to see if other people had similar symptoms!
