louisiana
I've checked out rail (which I have to bus to) and they want me to buy two different tickets for the trip. Now that's a bit mad.Is there a good bus, or should I get my bike out? Horsebox
Bike. I do this every day - through Dulwich Park, down Burbage Rd, Half moon lane, Dulwich Road, Brixton Water Lane, Effra Road, Acre Lane, Clapham Park Road, clapham Common north side, Elspeth Road (via the crossing) Latchmere Road, Battersea Bridge rd.Takes me about 20mins+/- dependant on traffic, weather etc.Not sure about your level of fitness or riding speed but it's definitely preferable to any PT routes.Driving it would be a nightmare as Herne Hill Jct is very congested ATM as is jct of Latchmere Rd & Battersea Bridge Rd. Brendan
I'd take the train from Denmark Hill to Battersea Park and then walk through the Park. moz
Catch a 37 to Clapham Junction, then a 49, 319 or 345 to Battersea Bridge. Don't jump a 345 from Camberwell because it goes the scenic route to Clapham!Moz(Relurk) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/10564-best-way-east-dulwich-south-side-to-battersea-bridge/#findComment-309956 Share on other sites
